Burkely Communities ("Burkely," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information entrusted to us. g. Visual & Access Data (Property Operations)
Limited-use camera footage in common areas at select communities (where posted and permitted by law)
Access control logs (e.g., key fob or smart lock usage) at select communities
Important Notice: Any cameras used at Burkely-managed properties are not monitored as active security systems and are not intended to guarantee personal safety. Where present, cameras are used as a supplemental operational tool to assist staff with property management, incident review, and community oversight, and not as a substitute for law enforcement or resident responsibility.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
Process rental applications, screen applicants, and execute leases
Manage resident accounts, payments, maintenance, and community communications
Operate, maintain, and improve our properties and Services
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and misuse of our Services
Comply with legal obligations and enforce lease terms
Communicate with prospects, residents, and partners, including via email, phone calls, and text messages (SMS), subject to your preferences and applicable law
Provide promotional, marketing, and leasing-related communications, including targeted or interest-based advertising where permitted by law

Protect the safety, security, and rights of Burkely, our residents, and others

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and log files) to:

Understand how visitors navigate and interact with our websites

Measure and improve marketing and advertising effectiveness
You may control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect site functionality. Burkely does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
